Major CBD & Institutional Assets

Transaction involvement across significant Melbourne CBD commercial properties and structured investment environments, including large-scale office assets and layered ownership arrangements.

This included participation in acquisition and divestment processes, assessment of forward-funded developments and complex capital arrangements within institutional and private investment contexts.

Seniors Living & Demographic-Driven Portfolios

Involvement in the acquisition and establishment of two seniors living portfolios comprising eight retirement villages across metropolitan Melbourne, totalling approximately 1,800 dwellings.

These portfolios required assessment of long-duration income streams, demographic trends, capital expenditure planning and regulatory considerations specific to retirement living environments.

The experience provided insight into housing supply dynamics and long-term residential investment strategy within structured fund settings.

Urban Regeneration & Mixed-Use Development

Involvement in master planning, authority negotiations and development strategy across major urban renewal projects, including Collins Square in Melbourne’s Docklands.

Exposure included multi-stage commercial developments and integrated precinct environments requiring coordination across planning authorities, capital partners and leasing strategies.

Suburban & City – Fringe Commercial Investment

Participation in investment and development activities across suburban commercial assets and city-fringe markets, involving structured transaction processes and multi-party stakeholder engagement.

Across these engagements, Robert’s role focused on analysis and strategic input supporting capital allocation and development decisions rather than direct project delivery.
