Founder
Robert Anderson
Robert Anderson is an independent real estate and investment advisor with over 40 years’ experience in the Australian commercial property and funds management sectors.
He has held leadership roles spanning valuation, capital markets, transactions, leasing, investment and development management, and has contributed to significant commercial property transactions and development projects across office, industrial, retail, hotel, residential and mixed-use sectors.
Prior to establishing Anderson Property Australia, Robert held senior roles including Asia Pacific Regional Director – Capital Markets at JLL, leadership positions at CBRE, development and transaction roles with Walker Corporation, and valuation positions at Charter Keck Cramer.
These roles provided exposure to institutional capital markets, cross-border capital participation, large-scale development environments and formal oversight frameworks within multi-stakeholder settings.
Robert’s work centres on acquisitions, capital strategy, value enhancement, investment assessment, divestment strategy, process management and risk evaluation.
A qualified Valuer, he brings disciplined analytical capability together with extensive market knowledge and institutional capital experience. He is accustomed to operating within board and committee environments that require transparency, sound judgment and structured decision processes.

Throughout his career, Robert has engaged with leading institutions, developers, superannuation funds, family offices, fund managers, major banks and corporate groups across diverse asset classes.
